RETURN & REFUND POLICY – AMARA LONDON
We want you to love your purchase from Amara London. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item.
RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@amaralondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law remain unaffected.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as other items. Any exclusions from our voluntary return policy do not affect rights you may have under UK consumer law.
